Set Yourself Free

The darkness only goes so far
You're the master of your light.
Step into your personal power
Stand up for your truth, that's worth the fight.

No one can keep the darkness going
If everyone refuses to -
We have the insight and the knowing
We're here to mirror our own value.

If everyone resisted fear -
And stepped into the heart's delight -
Heaven would be truly here
So let us start to make things right.

I work on me, you work on you,
Release what holds you in your past.
From now on everything is new
And your happiness will last.

Know you have a friend in me -
Who believes in your potential
Allow me to make you see
You are essential.

You are allowed to be heard
No one has more than you to say
Who are they to numb your word?
Be unique in your own way.

How can they know you
If you don't share your vision
To yourself be true
And fulfill your mission.

No one has your insight,
Your potential, your dedication.
If you shine your light -
Your experience is medication.

It awakens other members
To light up their life
And shakes up other empaths
Who can learn to survive.
