When you're in a relationship, it's just about the two of you.
Starting something new means the past is over, done. There are lessons from the past and often left-over pain from the past, that stays with you subconsciously, but the person you are with now has nothing to do with the past itself.
S/he is your future, so make sure that you have an open heart and don't believe you pull a person into your life with the same "hurtful" patterns.
Let go of the past, before you step into a future with this new person. This is the "inner work" you need to provide for yourself during the time of separation or while preparing to meet "the one" you always wanted to be with.
Ask yourself, would it be fair if the new person you are with always compared you to his/her ex-lovers?
No, there has to be a new page in the book, a blank page. Something that has never been there before.
It’s time for a new chapter in your life!
Our brain wants to protect us so it will automatically try to compare something from the past with something of the present/future, but if you are able to identify your own patterns, then you can change your attitude and thoughts and keep an "open" mind to your new found love.
The moment you realize you are stuck in the same patterns, is the moment when you realize that you have not yet let the other relationship go.
Learn to trust this new feeling you have now. We are not here to repeat your personal history over and over again.
It's simply a story you lived through and a "story" you tell yourself over and over again until you are ready to leave the chapter behind and focus on a new one.
Remember this: Every day is new and magical.
So allow yourself to let this magnificent feeling of butterflies fluttering through your body and soul, in.
Rise and shine to this new adventure called "The feeling of bliss, love and being loved in return".
If you carry the subconscious feeling of 'I am not good enough, not pretty enough, too intense, too deep', with you, you will attract someone who will make you feel exactly that way, until you re-program your mind by realizing:
"I am good enough, I am pretty enough, I am amazing and deep and I deserve to find someone who is just as amazing as I am."
Happiness is an Inside Job.
Remember the Law of Attraction; the moment you realize that you are lovable, others will love you as well: but if you don't love yourself, you will attract others who may not love you the way you deserve... because they, in return, don't love themselves.
The truth is that if someone else loved you intensely right now but you didn't love yourself, you would not believe him/her to love you this much and find a reason why s/he does not love you.
Allow yourself the chance to completely rise in love with your love and love yourself even more!
Remember, you are worth it!
You can attract the one person who can brighten up your day just by walking into a room. You can attract the person who loves you, no matter what, because s/he loves you as you are.
I know it, because I found this person - it wasn't always easy, but looking back, every bit of "inner work" was worth it.
