Our Souls chose to Be Here (audio-version included)

We chose to be here.
Our souls came from far away,
to have another powerful experience.

Another Life, another Journey.
Another day, another moment to learn.

If we allow our souls to open up,
Take in everything we were meant to learn,
Then we will be blessed with abundance.

Abundance of experience,
Abundance of feelings, 
Abundance of emotions,
Abundance of memories.

What does a soul take with it when it leaves earth behind?
Not Money, not Power.
It does not reign over others from its grave.

It leaves memories behind, feelings, emotions.
It leaves messages of Love behind.
And others will remember the energy and love of this Soul, 
Not the physical wealth it possessed.

You can't take your possessions with you.
But you can share them now:
Your Life-Lessons, your Love, your stories,
your Abundance (in whatever form it comes).

If throughout your life, you have not learned 
That your feelings and emotions are your Super Power,
And you still let them rule over you, even in your late years, 
You have learned nothing and have nothing to share.

If you want to be an elder (not an old person),
Then you first learn from your own experiences,
heal through them and then
 have stories to tell that come from the heart.

Have lessons to teach,
Forgive, don't hold grudges that keep you from living your own life.

Don't be afraid to feel,
Don't be afraid to go even deeper.

There is a big difference 
Between being old and being wise.

The wise stop taking other people's reactions personally,
Realize that others can only listen and respond from their own life-lessons,
And turn their past experiences into stories.

They have forgiven others, but most and for all, themselves,
For all the lessons they went through, 
Mostly due to their own expectations that were not met.

They understand that everyone has their own life to live,
And their own lessons to go through.

They don't try to control others or tell them what to do.
They know that the younger ones need to go through their own experience.
And they will be there, waiting, for them to ask for advice,
Telling their stories at the right time, so the younger ones
Don't have to make the same mistakes as they did, when they were young.

Our Souls chose to Be Here
Because this earth is a planet of learning,
A planet of All-Possibility.

We all came here to live with purpose.
Not based on other people, 
But on the messages our souls carry within.

We are here, 
Because we all have chosen to be here, 
At this place, in this time.

Thank you for your service to humanity!
Thank you for being here!
