All We HAd

Timothy and I premiered "All We Had" today. 

Below you will find the words he wrote about it.

All We Had 
is a ballad, a true story of a song that I wrote about my life, 
the decision to leave my job and house 
to travel with my partner, Helen. 

It's a very intimate and vulnerable story 
that you may be able to relate to 
as most of us are struggling with our situations in some way. 

I wanted this song to be an affirmation, 
a reminder to myself and to us all 
to be grateful and make do with what we have.

The song speaks for itself but I could not have written
 it if we did not live what we experienced.

After going through the rough times that we did, 
we were humbled and learned to be even more thankful than we thought possible.

'As long as we have each other, it's not about what we got.'

All my life, I wanted to travel and play Music.
I am very grateful that I found someone to not only be just as crazy 
as me and leave everything behind but also to sing with about it? 
I am truly blessed.

We are living the dream.
 Even though we don't have a lot of luxury, 
it is worth it even just for the inspiration 
to write such a song from the heart 
and to have you be able to listen and enjoy. 

It's taken me a great deal of time to be able write the way I always wanted to, 
melodic storytelling with a profound and inspiring message.

I am proud to present this song and many more to come. 
Hopefully you have a moment to really absorb the meaning in your own way and timing.

It is meant to be healing and I won't complain if you watch multiple times. 😉
